1. Acceptance of Terms: By accessing the website of Quest Massage Therapy ("we," "us," or "our") or booking an appointment, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Medical Disclaimer (Important):

• Not Medical Advice: Massage therapy is for relaxation and stress relief purposes only. It is not a substitute for medical examination, diagnosis, or treatment.

• Client Responsibility: You acknowledge that you should see a physician for any physical ailments. You agree to keep the massage therapist informed of any current medical conditions or changes in your health.

• Liability: Quest Massage Therapy and its therapists are not liable for any injury or issue arising from undisclosed medical conditions.

3. Appointments & Cancellations:

• Booking: Appointments are subject to availability.

• Cancellations: We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Missed appointments or late cancellations may be subject to a fee.

• Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to accommodate the next client, and the full price of the service will still apply.

4. Payment Terms:

• Payment is due at the time of service unless prepaying online.

• We accept cash, credit cards, and other approved payment methods.

• Prices are subject to change without prior notice (confirmed appointments will be honored at the booked price).

5. SMS & Communications: By booking an appointment or providing your phone number, you consent to receive text messages (SMS) from Quest Massage Therapy regarding your appointments, reminders, and updates.

• Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your appointments. • Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply.

• Opt-Out: You can unsubscribe at any time by replying "STOP."

6. Code of Conduct:

• Any illicit or sexually suggestive remarks or advances will result in the immediate termination of the session. • The full price of the session will be charged.

• The client will be banned from future services.
